And seldom is heard a discouraging word in that place called Alberta.
That’s why the folks at Travel Alberta and Discover Alberta have their vacation knickers in a knot. And so it falls on the current ’Alberta Booster Boy’ and Premier, Steady Eddy Stelmach to turn on his oily charm and show that the clean, green, vacation machine that is ”Wild Rose Country” can be capital ‘F’ fun in the sun even with the tar and the sand getting in your egg salad and swim trunks. — And especially if you have a shovel and a bucket!
Others may take issue with his wild, rosy picture, — namely Greenpeace, who have put out a great mockumentary viral site tarring Alberta’s tourism efforts with an oil-based paint of derision.
